About Me

I’m Rita Dekšnytė, wellbeing and performance psychologist, compassion-focused therapist and mindfulness and compassion trainer. I help people navigate mental health struggles and build mental skills. At the heart of my practice at Tiptoe We Grow there is a universal wish to reduce suffering and help people flourish in their lives. I am available for individual consultations, therapy sessions and group training.

Training

I have trained in Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and am currently training in Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT). I am a certified mindfulness and compassion trainer with Mindfulness Association (United Kingdom) and a certified yoga instructor. I hold an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology from the University of Jyväskylä (Finland) and an MSc in Diagnostics and Interventions from the University of Leipzig (Germany).
