In our Online Mindfulness for Beginners 4-Week Course you will meet with your busy mind, learn to settle and ground yourself in the present moment, and work skillfully with distraction. You will start building your daily meditation habit and integrating mindfulness into your daily life.
Our teaching sessions will be delivered live over Zoom and you will receive guidance for your home practice.
