About Me – English speaking international therapist

I'm Rita Dekšnytė, an international psychologist and therapist based in the Netherlands. I use compassion-focused therapy, mindfulness and acceptance approaches to help my clients navigate mental health struggles, improve wellbeing and performance. At the heart of my practice at Tiptoe We Grow there is a universal wish to reduce suffering and help people flourish in their lives.
