Acceptance of our inner world is key to wellbeing but is often a challenging journey for mindfulness practitioners. In this session we will unpack the layers of (non)acceptance of our inner experience, practise saying “Yes” to what is present and resting in the midst of it all.

Gently flowing through the series of postures, exploring the sensations of movement and breath with kindly curiosity, calming the busy mind, grounding in the body and resting in the present moment. Ending with a meditation.
