This session is suitable for anyone who is looking to support or enrich their practice as well as anyone wishing to explore and get a sense of what mindfulness is and how it may be helpful in their lives.
The meeting takes place in a homely atmosphere. Usually a couple of practices are guided (e.g. seated meditation with support of breath or sound, body scan, kindness or self-compassion practice) with time for reflection. You can choose to sit on a chair or cushion, mats and blankets are also available.
