These sessions are suitable for anyone who is looking to support or enrich their mindfulness practice as well as anyone wishing to explore and get a sense of what mindfulness is and how it may be helpful in their lives (for mindfulness training check 8-Week MBLC).
Mindfulness offers most benefits when practised regularly, however sometimes we may find it difficult to stick to our daily home practice. Meditating in a group offers a sense of community and presence, and this energy can help further our practice.
Every session we will offer participants a different guided practice and sharing opportunity. You will receive instructions to join our online Zoom meeting using your computer, tablet or phone on the day of the session.
