These sessions are suitable for anyone who is looking to support or enrich their mindfulness practice as well as anyone wishing to explore and get a sense of what mindfulness is and how it may be helpful in their lives (for mindfulness training check 8-Week MBLC).
Mindfulness offers most benefits when practised regularly, however sometimes we may find it difficult to stick to our daily home practice. Meditating in a group offers a sense of community and presence, and this energy can help further our practice.
Every session we will offer participants a different guided practice and sharing opportunity. You will receive instructions to join our online Zoom meeting using your computer, tablet or phone on the day of the session. Pay as you feel means there is no set price for participation and people can choose what they feel their experience is worth and what their situation allows.
