- Would you like to find a different way of relating to your thoughts and emotions – one that is more accepting and less reactive?
During this workshop participants will learn about mindfulness and the benefits of practising it, and will engage in guided mindfulness practice. Exploration will cover both the technique (what we do?) and attitude (how we do it?) aspects of mindfulness and allow participants to learn through their own experience and the experience of others.
The workshop is guided by a certified mindfulness trainer Rita Dekšnytė and is suitable for complete beginners as well as those who may need some encouragement to continue their practice.
